The link says mine is also expired which is wrong, I should still have 6 years of validity.

This is incorrect.. pilot program is for specific countries listed in canada.ca website. Not for everyone who have families back home.

The dependent pr process starts once the main applicant receive his/her eligibility. This is what seen for most of the members.
