Got Positive LMIA had 2 yrs experience, with open work permit extension wan t to quit job

We would appreciate your comments with regards to my husband's situation. He has positive lmia due until 2024, open work permit that was extended to 2025 and 2 yrs experience.. we work for his lmia and paid for it as his company is willing to sponsor but doesnt want to pay the p.r sponsorship so we worked on it. We now have positive lmia but my husbamd is.planning to leave company due to extensive unequal work ethics. Would it affect our cec application? If he resigned current job and look for another? 2 yrs contract is done with employer

There no impact to the CEC application as long as you don't claim points for having a job offer.
