Online tracker for child

Hello All,

1. Do we need to create online tracker for the kid? We applied online for citizenship as a family of three, all received AOR. And we we were able to create the online tracker, but could not create one for my kid.

2. Unable to update the address even after multiple attempts / days. Error - account / file not created with us.

Please advise.

Yes kids can have there own tracker account. How are you trying to update the address?

I'm trying to update the address using the "update address online" button in the IRCC website. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/change-address.html

After providing the details, it says they don't have the file yet .

Thanks! I was able to submit the webform for address change.

But reg the tracker for my child, still same error.
Correct these errors:
  • Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
I am using the button " Principal applicant or Sponsor " in https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register

For my daughter i applied as a parent.

Who is applying on behalf of the minor? Parent

Please advise what am I missing here. Thanks!

What date did you get AOR and what date did your child get AOR?
