AR: Mar 21st 2023
AOR: Apr 17th
MP: May 6th (upfront)
PAL: Sep 18th

The IRCC agent confirmed that everything is passed except Security.

Do you think I should accept the ITA and apply or decline and wait for the current application in process ?

I did my medical about 2 yesterday ago during g my work permit application. But the medical confirmation sheet (evidence of medical) was not given to me at that time, now I don't have documents to upload for my medical for my PR application. I contacted the hospital back in my country but they said they don't have the document anymore.
Do you advise I go for another medical now or is there a way IRCC can sought out my old medical?

I would suggest you to wait . Maybe they will find your medical .

Hello,
I had the same issue, you don't need to worry, I have just sent a web form with my IME or "UMI" number, this number you will find it in the Immigration Medical exam form that you have received to go for your medical exam.
