Hello, I had the same issue, you don't need to worry, I have just sent a web form with my IME or "UMI" number, this number you will find it in the Immigration Medical exam form that you have received to go for your medical exam.

Called IRCC and the message changed from " You don't need medical exam..." to "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam" is that a good sign for May AOR?

Same happened with my work permit last week, I hope it will be the same with our PR application.
