To show foreign work experience in express entry.
I have 1 year of foreign work experience, but I never filed my income tax in India. Still can I show my experience in express entry and get points for that?

You can file you income tax now for the year you missed it. If you were below the tax threshold, your employer would've paid your ESIC. However, all you need to apply for EE is just employment reference letter, IRCC might ask for additional info if they need (e.g. payslips) to evaluate if your employment is legit.
