Has anyone completed their upfront medicals?
For now I have booked for 5th October. They have asked for covid vaccination and all previous vaccination proofs along with ITA copy passport copy (they say what it says on your ID document gets uploaded so take your passport no some other ID which may also be acceptable). Past medical records are also required whatever you can collect. From what I understand blood will be drawn and an X-ray will be taken. They say it may take up to 4-5 hours and you may need to collect the acknowledgment either the next day or in the evening (depending on the rush they may give it end of the test too).

Same for me.... I have booked for Sep 30. Asked me to carry passport, ITA, covid vaccine certificate, past 6 month medical records if any & photographs.

but rest of the vaccine records are optional. That is if I have I can bring. Not mandatory they said.

Are you from India?

Yes forgot photos. Yep from India.

When I emailed for appointment though they said all days are available. I picked a date around the time I will submit as the COPR has maximum validity until Medicals so the further away it is the better I guess.

N medicals are valid for 12 mnths and processing time for pnp applicants is said to be 9 months

Ok but we need to submit the application soon as well...
this is the thing - you received ITA on 19th Sep, supposedly you will need to submit docs by 19th Nov. If you complete your medicals on say 6th Oct, however you submit your application on say 15th Nov. In such case, once your application is approved, your CoPR validity will be tied to medicals around 6th Oct 2024 instead of around 15th Nov 2024 (1 year from submission of application). So generally people complete medicals as last step before submiiting docs to get max validity of CoPR. In such case, people avoid re medical request from IRCC. Hope this helps !

Does anybody know how to view the documents checklist before filling out the application? Or do we need to fill out the whole application first. I'm trying to get to the employer part so I can see exactly what to request from employers (we did all of spouses for the oinp but not mine) TIA

List is generated at the very end as per your application
