Biometrics request but no AOR?? June 29 online submission

Hello! I am an American sponsored by my spouse for family class PR. I received an automated request to complete biometrics and made an appointment to do so this week; however, I still have not received a formal AOR either by email (we checked both our junk folders) or by mail. When accessing the application tracker it says “we have received your application” on August 30, which sounds to me like an acknowledgment of receipt! I am eager to get the “true AOR” delivered so that I can apply for a work permit under the new Outland spouse sponsored public policy.
Has anyone else had this issue? The IRCC website is very tricky to navigate; I submitted this question via webform but don’t know what else to do. Thanks for your help!

It is completely normal to receive the Biometrics Instruction Letter before AOR. Do not worry.

Hello, did you finally receive the AOR or the processing completed without AOR?
