I think it's based on dip date. Your is behind dewsaf. I won't be surprised if both of us get it on monday.

Here is my timeline:
May 08 - NOI
June 08 - Submitted my application
July 19 - Assessment
Aug 23 - Decision in Progress
I have read in another thread that there were nominations given yesterday to those who applied inland last June 08.
Are there any outland applicants here who also applied last June 8? Thank you!

I am June 10th outland. Expecting to get it next week sometime. Yours should be next week I think.
