My oath ceremony is on September 27. I saw this through the tracker. I didn't receive any email with instructions to download the citizenship certificate. Is this mandatory?

Depends on what you selected as an option. Did you select paper or e-certificate?

Thank you for your response. I selected paper while completing the application but would like to change it to electronic during the oath ceremony.

You can reply to your oath email and additionally talk to Oath officer on oath day.

where do you all get your AOR. I had 3 applications 2 in feb, 1 in March, one already got citizenship, one got the date for oath, and one is still waiting for date, but not received any AOR. My application filed date on the tracker shows as March 30th, and last update on May 31st. Should I enquire using web form ?

one of the applications finished processing and citizenship was granted too, but still no email regds AOR...is that possible

You might have missed it or gone in spam folder. Test email, Oath email has the details needed to create a tracker account.
