Ceremony scheduled for September 20 ,2023 but no email or invitation

Hi my status tracker shows that the ceremony is scheduled for September 20th but no letter or email has been received as of today 14 September. There seems to be no response to my web form email and no number where I can spesk to any official. Is anyone in a similar situation?

Thanks just did as you suggested and spoke with an agent after a 30 min wait
Was advised to call back if I do not get the email by 18th September
