Hi there,
I want to sponsor my mom under super visa. I have my NOA for 4 family members $49900 but the LICO table shows for 4 members is $51132. But I have shown liquid money on bank statements around $45000. Because when I had filed my tax return back in March this year that time income table for 4 members was $49600. Any chance my application gets approved? Or if I get rejected, would I be able to make an adjustment on my income and then resubmit again? Please advise.

You don’t meet LICO so you should not be approved. How are you making more income to change LICO? If you resubmit new documentation and refile to CRA then it can be adjusted, if you resubmit new income. If you should have included the income in the first place, it can open up you to owing more tax and possibly being audited for years past.

If both of your parents are alive, you'll have to include your father in the LICO calculation.

You don’t meet LICO so you should not be approved. How are you making more income to change LICO? Thanks for your feedback. I just received biometrics request today for super visa for my mom. But I’m thinking there is a chance for rejection as my LICO doesn’t meet as I am shortage of $1533 of 2022 NOA. Do you think it works if I send them my last 6 months paystubs along with a declaration letter via IRCC webform saying my 2023 income will be way more than 2022 and I’m fully capable of carrying all the costs for my mom while she staying with me here? I know IRCC always check recent NOA. I have already sent them bank statements with $40000 cash money. Please advise.
