hi. call 1 (888) 242-2100. After call select Submit application. after that input any 10 digit number as applications number and date of birth. They will not find application number . select 0 and it will transfer to Agent. Ask agent about details. He/She will give you XG temporary number and received confirmation date if application received.

I call to this number & give my UCI number & other details. The represented said their is no refugees application submitted But my lawyer said he was applied my application in June 2023.
What is the issue. Anyone have a idea?
Please guide me .

I tried several times until I realized that the reason why I can’t link my application is because I used a representative.

Still my application under review today i call ircc they said my background check is done in July but I don’t know what will be the next step and how long it will take more to get pr approved.. please if anyone knows about this write it down.. thanks

Call and give them your UCI number then name the application type you are asking for.. they will give you the application number.

1 (888) 242-2100 call and select application ongoing option. then press any 10 digit application number and date of birth. It will not find your application number that you press and it will take to you agent after press 0. and ask agent about your application status and xg number
