Hello everyone!

I have recently graduated in January 2023 with a Master's degree of 2 years duration.
During my master's, I accumulated the equivalent of more than 1 year of full-time work (mix of full-time and part-time since they declared that students can work full-time on November 15, 2022).

I am interested in applying for a PR in Quebec, since I intend to stay and live here. Don't want to move to another province to get my PR.
Considering my 1-year work experience and 2-year Master's, which immigration stream/procedure is best for me in terms of processing time and almost-guaranteed acceptance? CEC? FSW? PNP? QSWP?

There are no guarantees in immigration.

CEC/FSW/PNP are all for out of Quebec settlement. However the charter rights allow you to move to Quebec once you are PR. The only stream that allows you to do so without any issues is QSWP. I heard that QSWP is painfully slow.
