HI - I applied for citizenship and had to leave Canada unexpectedly. I applied online and was renting at the address I used. Does IRCC send any physical letters in the mail as part of the process? Thanks

Only Citizenship certificate if you did not opt for e-certificate

Your communications will all be via email and, when you get to oath, as stated above you have an option to get an e-cert, or, you can also update them with a new address. If you're still out of the country when you get to oath, note that getting a physical certificate mailed to you is complicated.
