Do you have final decision and copr number on tracker?
I really thought rocc would finalize march aor this week and move on to April aor, but im not so sure now, so frustrating

From what I have seen last few months RROC, CIO Sydney and OPC Ottawa are slowest VO around, So my kind advice is don't expect anything from them and get disappointed. If they do any work it is bonus otherwise when your application breaches average processing time, they will move yours to another location which does some work to close it.

Yeah, I know, you are right :/ It easier said than done, though. My life is in a limbo for over two years because they decided to stop making fsw draws. And now I have all completed in my application but it feels like they simply refuse to finalize it for reasons I don't understand. Honestly, I'm just tired. And I know a lot of people here are too. But you are absolutely right... I'll try to get my head out of it all for a while

They have stopped at 14 th March and not even completed applications before March 14. Looks like 2 day work and 12 day break cycle going on.

Sydney and Ottawa can surprise tho. They can give decisions the quickest too.

This is really disappointing and I really don't know what to expect anymore. They're also ignoring processing times now. Are you going to call them and/or send webform? Can also consider sending a bunch of emails which someone was recently successful with.

I am sick of calling them mate!
I think being a small VO, RROC gets little quota of PPRs every month and they stop when its full. Or could just be apathy towards work. Dunno!
But the ircc call centre people are least bothered about ur file. Even now I have passed normal processing time, they will say you have to wait.

Yeah I know it's frustrating but I really think they will have to change their tone now that processing time has passed. Have you already called recently?
I've not called since beginning of July and will only call once it hits 5 months for me.

The last time I called them, was on 10 August and the agent on call was too indifferent to my situation so I didnt call after that.

Primary Applicant did not receive Portal yet - IRCC agent says it was sent on Aug 23 but never received by primary applicant
Same aug 23, RFV mail for dependent was received - Both email ID's are same
Dependent has sent Passport for stamping but not sure if they can stamp unless Primary has finished Virtual Landing in Canada
Still No portal email & upon speaking with IRCC, Primary was informed that a request was submitted to resend the portal email
Daily calls and getting the same answer

I feel so bad for this situation
The randomness and operational inefficiency is other worldly !

This is an Express Entry PNP PR Application applied in Dec 2022 - PVO Sydney and RFV came from Sydney

So I called IRCC and it turns out my visa office is RROC. When I called in July, they said it was Ottawa. If RROC is doing it by AOR then I'm in for a decent wait still; mine was April 28.

However if you look on the Immitracker website (https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/fsw-outland-e-apr-tracker) it does look like a lot of later AORs are getting PPRs too, so we'll see I guess.

Lots of us in this situation. Mine's been all complete since June 20. Called IRCC and they say to just wait.

I managed to talk to an agent today. (For you who are inland, if you call 888 242-2100 and go through couple of selections, eventually you can leave your number and ask IRCC to call you back)
The agent told me that my processing time has way exceeded the average and she started an internal process and asked main office to check documents and update our case in system or contact us.
I will post once I got news.

I am following my case day by day and no update yet. I wondered what is the percentage of PPR for cases submitted within January 2023.
Here the results according to data on MYIMMITRACKER, of course it does not contain all applicant, but it's a good sample to project the situation correctly.

Here are the results;
Total applicants: 36
In Progress : 12 ( Including myself)
PPR : 24
In Progress : 33.33 %
PPR : 66.66 %

If you make same analysis for application between 1st March - 31 March 2023.
Total applicant : 56
PPR : 19
In Progress : 35
Rejected : 2
% PPR : 34%
% Still in progress : 62.5 %
Rejected : 3.5%

Long story short, still more than 30% of applications submitted in January, have not been processed.
