Canada Express entry medical upfront exam

Hello,

For Canada Express entry medical upfront exam:

While taking appointment I am being asked to bring the letter received on the day of appointment. However, I have not received any letter to produce at the time of medical appointment.

Is it normal, or am I missing something?

Please advise.

They unknowingly ask for IME letter from IRCC, if that's what they are asking, tell them that "This is an upfront medical exam where IRCC is not going to send an IME letter/form".

If you are in India, this is a pretty common problem there. If you are in Middle-East, not sure if that's the exact problem that you are facing.

Yeah, so tell the hospital what I said. If you live in a city with two or more options, contact all. Avoid hospitals with no processes in place.
