The unavailable documents number and expiry date are for medical results, some applications don't need medical results, so if yours don't need medicals, the medical document number and expiry date will show unavailable...i hope this helps

Background check: still in process

I see no visa number in my tracker after 10 days since I got bvl.
Does that mean my visa got refused?
