I have sent webforms in the past, I will explain you about my case. My permit had been approved in June last year but after spending the holidays in home country, I got a PFL. It was only when I received my GCMS that I realized my application was closed FOR 5 MONTHS. From January to June this year, 0 progress because of their mistake. I let my VO know and they reopened my case and asked for ADR. They did do something based on that webform. However, I have been waiting since Background Check (In Progress since June 22) and two webforms about my unjust situation and how I am at risk of deferring to no fault of my own have been unsuccessful. Mind sharing what exactly you mentioned in the webform?

I explained my situation, said that I had already been denied a visa and that since July, my eligibility was open. I sent the webform and email directly to the office in Brazil

Should I send a WebForm asking about my application since I dont have any update after jun 15? or I have to just wait?

It's been 9 weeks since I submitted my application. My program also starts from September.

Background and Eligibility - In Process
Ghost Update in IRCC Tracker - 17 August (don't know if they are looking through my file or something else)

My friend and I submitted the file together with the same profile and course but he got his PPR in just 5 days and here I am still waiting. He got his PPR in the same day as medical updation. I don't know why such a long wait for me or for SDS applications.

• I have submitted 3 webforms till now of which 2 got the same response saying it's still under process and nothing specific. They are also saying there are a lot of applications that's why it's taking time. I don't know if this is just a template or something really informative. My tracker only updated one webform that's on 10 Aug (that they have received it) and after that no updates.
• I have also ordered GCMS (costed 19$) but not received it yet.
• I also had a meeting with the immigration department of my University and they said to wait and not to fill multiple webforms. I have already submitted 3 webforms and they said not to fill more than this now.
• Now I am thinking to contact the local MP of Canada to get an update from them but don't know what is the procedure in contacting them. If anyone can help me would be much appreciated.

The anxiety is just building up day by day. The wait is just killing me.

Bunch of webforms raised, also emailed embassies. Warsaw ghosting is on another level with no response both to emails and webforms. Also emailed local MP who is also a Minister of Labour and got a response that everything is passed but eligibility is not started. Had to defer for Fall-2024 today and waiting for new LOA from uni. 160 days of waiting

try calling IRCC on their phone number and check the possibility of withdrawing this application and reapplying.

Been watching this thread for a while, my background check turned to In Progress in June 22 (approximately your dates) so your updates fill me up with hope. Kash could you please share your visa office? Mine is Mexico so Idk if they are fast or slow
