How many of you are still waiting for second test invitation? (First one had technical error from ircc)
I have no update since June 29 (Bg completed) !!!

I am still waiting for my first. BG was completed on June 28. Had a GU on June 30th. No update since.
But, I just went ahead and requested GCMS notes recently to see what the ghost update is about.

Hi, Please update the test dates in the spreadsheet.
Also, what is decision made ecas estimate date? I saw whoever updated sheet put that the same day as my LPP, but I don't see it in tracker. TIA.

how do you guys get in touch with IRCC. the Cust service number always says we have high volume of calls and it disconnects. Is there a hack to get thru? have been trying for over a week

Call them early 8AM ESt or just after 3.30PM EST.. worked for me a couple of times

UPdate* - Another GU today, Test invite was updated on Friday.. so hopefully this GU means they are working on the file regardless of the test completion.. havent given the test yet

Yes, if the new passport was issued in the last 5 years, both old and new will have to be submitted.

I updated my passport during my PR application processing (COVID, huh), for citizenship I uploaded both passports.

Hello Everyone,
Wanted to provide an update on our application. My Background and LPP were completed while my wife received a fingerprint request. We submitted her fingerprints on July 24. On August 1, both of us received our test invites.
However, on August 3, we lost access to our status trackers and were only seeing the 'Loading' message. Nevertheless, we took our tests this past weekend (and passed). Sometime this morning, we got access to our trackers again, but there are no updates since August 3. I understand that it takes a few days for the test status to be updated, so all good there.
My concern, however, is that there is no update on her Fingerprint status although we had sent them on July 24. Is it normal to not have an update for 4 weeks? Do we need to reach out to someone to follow up on it?
Any inputs would be appreciated.

Another update. Our test statuses have been updated to Completed. So now, everything on my application is completed, except Oath Ceremony which is still 'Not started'.
I saw on the tracker that there is a column for 'Decision Made'. Is this for when the overall application status changes to 'Congratulations!'? I saw that everyone on the tracker had the same date as their LPP completion date. Just curious if this happens before or after the oath ceremony.
On a side note, my wife's BG and LPP are in progress, but Test is completed. Have there been any other cases where the test got completed before anything else?

Decision Made is additional status available to Paper application via another tracker called as ECAS. For online application LPP complete date is used for the decision made column in the google sheet.
