Visit visa invitation letter question

My brother wishes to visit me here from Pakistan.

He has an uncle too here. Uncle is a citizen, whereas I am a PR.

Is having 2 invitation letters helpful over just 1? Or is it hurtful? Anyone did this route?

Also, the reason for visit is just visiting family is good enough or has to be some special occasion?

One is enough, and visiting family is a reason.

thanks. is it required from the family member in canada to show bank statements, employer payslips and rental agreements?

You can show your bank statements/payslips but IRCC doesn’t need to consider them. Your brother needs to show his own funds, travel history, ties to home country.
