me too. I have not received my BIL (med pass on Aug 4), but now my Background Verification is in progress, but ELigibility is not started.

For me it took 13 days after med pass to receive BIL. 2 days later my eligibility completed in tracker.I have not given new biometrics yet, appointment for next week.You should get it this week/next.I'm Pnp outland btw

Thanks a lot for the information. I would be grateful if you may help me a bit with BIL.
I am an outland applicant, and I just was able to create the Status Tracker account. I saw that:
Bio is in progress, but in GCKEY, it has been linked to my previous bio when earlier this year when applied for the visitor visa.
Med is completed,
Background Verification is In Progress, and
Eligibility is Not Started.

I am a bit confused about whether or when I will receive BIL for me to provide new bio? Any information would be greately appreciated.

If you only submitted EE profile - there's nothing that restricts your travel.

I'm confused a bit. Have you received a nomination from BC PNP? Did you submit your PR application after receiving ITA from EE?

Medical Got updated on June 23rd 2023
Biometrics request for spouse - June 23rd - My Biometrics got updated on June 23rd (Had them done before)
Biometrics got updated June 26th 2023
RECEVIED MY BIOMETRICS REQUEST ON JULY 31ST - PORTAL SHOWS FINAL DECISION JULY 31ST 2023!!!!!! THIS WAS WEIRED SO I CALLED IRCC TO CONFIRM IF I NEED TO GIVE BIOMETRICS AGAIN, AGENT SAID MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED - ALL STEPS ARE APPROVED - I SHOULD WAIT FOR PORTAL REQUEST.

HOWEVER, MY AGENT SUGGESTED TO GET THE BIOMETRICS DONE SO THAT IRCC DOES NOT COME BACK SAYING YOU DID NOT REPLY TO OUR REQUEST.... SO I DID SO.

CALLED IRCC AGAIN TODAY, AGENT SAID OFFICER REOPENED MY BACKGROUND CHECK ON AUGUST 1, 2023!!! EVERYTHING IS JUST SO WEIRED.

Did something like this happened with any of you guys. I would really appreciate your reply.

This is because IRCC started new biomatircseven for those who already done for trv files.
