Port of entry (Poe) letter or letter of introduction

My visa got stamped on 11th October still I did not get my port of entry letter I checked in my gic account also it's not updated please help me

There is nothing to panic about it. There are many students with the same issue but nothing happened at POE. VO at POE have all access to your approval details via your UCI on the system.

Hi,
I received a POE letter but the officer didn't ask to see it when I entered at Toronto Pearson 2 weeks ago. She just asked to see my letter of acceptance and passport and that was all she needed to issue my study permit. All the info they need is on their system. As long as your study permit is approved you shouldnt have any issues at the POE.

Do they ask for proof of funds in any of the airports?
