Vancouver Office Citizenship Applicants

Has anyone here received the passport request in the last few months?

My application was marked test complete on May 25th and on June 2nd I received a passport request. I responded with copies of the required documents on the same day.

On June 23rd I received a second passport request (the exact same email) and immediately responded with the documents attached again. I ask for a response confirming that they received my email as I was concerned that the first one was never received. On June 26th the Vancouver office responded saying "we have successfully received the required documents".

Today I received the SAME passport request email for a third time!! All three emails have been exactly the same, it's not like they are coming back to me and specifically requesting different/additional information. I replied to the email with all my documents again and have asked them to confirm what is required and if it's mistake that that I've received this email a third time.

Anyone else having similar issues or is this just me? Feeling frustrated that my application probably isn't moving as a result.

Thanks for sharing! They responded to me today saying it was a system glitch and they had successfully received my documents. Hoping for more updates soon..!
