I sent 2 webforms, and said that my test was marked complete on Apr 5th (took the test outside Canada), and since then there have been no updates. They responded back saying "Rest assured that your application is still in progress"

Replies to web form are copy pasted from a script and don’t really have any worth. Best to just wait and let the process happen at its own pace.

Exactly, responses to the webform are totally worthless. It is sad that it is the officially recommended way of communicating with them, only to get canned responses. Esp if you are outside Canada, there is no phone number using which you can reach them either. I was already assured that my application is still in progress because I check the online portal a bunch of times each and every day
