no , i submited my request on the 4th, on the 10th i got a request to link my account and to submit some extra documents and on the 17th i got the prearrival letter.Ouff ok cuz i was getting worried for a second. I m on a closed work permit and got my csq in juin , i have done biometrics and medical last year betweek August and September, however since the 3rf of juin everyone are required to do biometrics again, i even got an email asking me to pay for mine did bit still did not get a formal invitation to go gove my bios. For medical mine is still valid by they asked my wife to redo hers, since last medical exam had some issues and she had to do extra tests.Im inland. For your casse i will encourage you to go do your medical exam, do not wait for the invitation , but you need your pr number to do so. It is called visit medical préalable. I do not know the name in english.

Normally when you link your account you can see the number of your request. If you got any emails check of they contain a number that start with EP.In my case i paid for the biometrics too so essentially 1450cad if i remember correctly.
