PR portal email while outside canada

All,

I was a CEC inland applicant but I lost my job and moved out of Canada. Meanwhile my PR application was processing and I recently got PR portal email. Can someone please let me know what should be done? Since I am no longer in Canada, I want to get PPR before I move to Canada. What steps should be taken to get that?

Since you applied inland you needed to inform IRCC once you left Canada.
Read the email again there are steps to follow if you are outside Canada at the bottom.

Had informed IRCC. No steps there. It just says to update once am back in Canada. But I don't plan to enter Canada before PPR and copr issuance since I can't leave job in current country where I am working without COPR.
