Hello,
I have two confusions while submitting my CItizenship application online.
1. Do I need to submit all the pages of my passport, like for paper application submission? In Online application I see its only Bio page.
2. In Online application, seems PR card can be used as proof of Identification where as in paper based application its clearly mentioned PR card cannot be used as proof of identification.

Sharing the link where it says I need to submit all the pages of passport and PR card cannot be used as proof of Identification:

1. Not all pages, only Biometric pages will work.
2. If you are submitting PR card make sure another Identification document is issues from Government of Canada e.g. Health card etc.

Correct these errors:

• Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

I have used no representative while applying thus this makes no sense to me

Hi! You’ll have to give it couple of business days! Your AOR is from yesterday, so I would try maybe on Monday?

My aor was on Friday, and I was able to login to the tracker on Tuesday of the following week I believe.
