1. Not all pages, only Biometric pages will work.
2. If you are submitting PR card make sure another Identification document is issues from Government of Canada e.g. Health card etc.
Thank you :)

As an update everyone. I applied for my PR renewal and Citizenship at the same time. Both were received by IRCC on April 11th, 2023.
I had to send web forms and requested GCMS notes to see movements on my file. When I requested the GCMS notes on June 20th, and out of frustration resubmitted the citizenship application online on June 26th, I received the AOR for the PR renewal on June 29th, and on July 7th the AOR for the Citizenship application.
I understand (based on trends) that it may take anywhere between 3 - 6 weeks to see movements on the citizenship application and so I was contented to wait it out.
95 days have however passed since I applied for the PR renewal. I have watched the processing time move from 63 days to 85 days to 93 days and not 95 days. I should by all accounts have received the card on July 15th.
Out of frustration, I called IRCC on Wednesday, only to be told no decision has been made but the agent said she would put a note on my file that it has passed the time period of 95 days. Last evening, I decided to send a webform, noting that the time has passed and asking when a decision would be made. Today, I looked at the system. A decision has been made regarding the PR and for the Citizenship Grant, they started processing on June 20th.

I understand that they are overworked with all the changes taking place with the system etc. It seems however that you have to prompt them along when there is a prolonged period of inactivity. It's been 100 days since the application.

  1. We started processing your application on July 20, 2023. My apologies I said June 20th when it should have been July 20th. When I checked yesterday this was not the case. I believe the webform prompted some movement or it is highly coincidental.

I am getting the following error message at https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register when I am trying to register myself to track my application:

Correct these errors:
  • Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
I have used no representative while applying thus this makes no sense to me
It takes 2 days after AOR before you can log in

Hi guys, I’m wondering if there’s anyone who received AOR that included temporary resident status (international student, foreign worker, etc) in their physical presence calculations? I read on here that some applicants got their applications returned due to “unable to verify residency prior to PR status”

Hi we had temp residence status in our application and received our AOR. the online calculator will calculate half of the time on Temp res toward your total time in country. There should be no issue.
