How to Send a Message through MYCIC portal?

Hey i applied for working visa and it came back saying needing more documents which are the police clearance and the driving license history
on the letter it says " Should you be unable to provide the information and/or other documents requested you must advise us in writing detailing the reasons why you cannot provide the document/information requested. You must upload this written explanation electronically through the MyCIC portal in lieu of the document requested. " but how do i upload this explanation? i have looked every where in MYCIC portal, thanks.

When you log in to your myCIC account, Click on "Check Status and Messages" alongside your Express Entry Application. After that, scroll down and you'll see a tab called "View Submitted Application". Click on that and hopefully you'll see a box that would've opened up where you can upload your file (explanation).

Iam nazziwahuwaila you asked me for some information but i could not provide it because im under house arest by my husband im mistreated eaten every day forces me to have sex with him thoughi have no feelings for him because me im a lazibian he burnt all mi documents so that was the only way i could escape from the country so iam kindly seeking for asylum in your coutry im going to be killed by the people in the community im requesting you for mi help im totally mistreatedand i cold not say that im alazibian at the airport because they were goig to arrest me since the law was already out about lazibianism so i will be grate fulfor your response thank you so much
