When you have been accepted for working visa in Canada just want to know how long you can go without using it? if i was accepted in November last year, could i not take the offer for a year or 2 or 4? just want to know how long?

Hello i have received an acceptance letter for a working visa for Canada i have till November 2017 till i can go to Canada to accept it. I am just wondering if i can push the offer for a year for example if i can be given the option to go to Canada by latest November 2018 to accept working visa?
