I don't think they will ask for medical again as you already gave one time for study purpose. Did you uploaded the old medical reports? If yes you will get some updates regarding medical in GCkey.

I did not uploaded the Medical reports. I do not have those with me because Institute which conducted the exam that time directly transmitted those reports to IRCC. IRCC website say exam is valid upto 12 months only.
I am not talking about reports, but you should have got a confirmation letter that you did medical right? If not call IRCC to let them know that you did medical long back. May be they can pull up the old reports and use that.

Difficult to respond without seeing the picture but I would guess it must be the contrast since it says the photo is too dark or bright. They do say that you can submit irrespectively. Should there be an issue - you will be asked to resubmit it.

It all depends on each files. To get latest updates try to call IRCC at 8am. Because I do call to get updates.
I submitted on july 18, but no response. Is there anyone still waiting for ecopr?
