Both are still under reviewed, so maybe you’ll be faster since your address has already been approved! I have tried calling IRCC and sending webform about a month ago, and I just got a message that my card is mailed today. Hope you can have yours soon!

Exactly, it's a ghost update! I got mine on April 12 and got PR on July 12, so 3 months i waited!

I recieved my second email 4 hours after I respond to the first one. And there's no credentials in it, will have to login with your original email and password, and there's a permanent residence confirmation tab added in the portal.
