After that you will get medical request. Once you passed the medical, it depends on your VO that how fast they doing background check and eligibity? I would say at least 30 days after you passed your medical.

We are medical excempt (colombia). How long does background check and eligibility take? Our background is in progress since last week

Employment letter of PA and Sponsor, Bank Statements of Pa & Sponsor, Invitation Letter, AOR Letter .

Got SA this morning and file is transferred to Hong Kong

I had my file transferred to HK since March 13 and no update since then.. feel free to join Hong Kong VO group I just created

So in our sponsor approval letter(from cpc Sydney) it said that pa’s File will be transferred to local visa office listed above, but nothing was listed.

‘The Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.

is that normal, and does this mean file is staying at cpc Sydney? It doesnt make a huge diff but Im most definitely curious.

Seems like it is. Mine had the same except it said Mexico. And the link is the same as yours as well
