Guys if anyone can help me with this. Asking for a friend.
He's just got his COPR and his sister is a PR in Saskatchewan ,living there since 4 months, but doesn't like staying there at all and is looking for ways to move out of that province.
Now, my friend can land anywhere, so if he lands in Toronto or Vancouver, wud this be a legal or logical reason for his sister to tell the SINP that she's moving in with her brother, so she doesn't want to stay in Saskatchewan anymore.
- She's a single mother with a child of 5 years, she doesn't even have a permanent job in Regina, it's becoming harder for her day by day to live and sustain there stress-free and then also take care of the child.
