Hello,
My colleague applied for Spousal Open work permit for her husband. he missed to mention previous refusal. He got 5 year mis rep ban.

Can my colleague apply for work permit extension on her new LMIA as her work permit is expiring in 6 months. Or she will also get ban as her husband got a ban?

Yes, she can apply for an extension.

However she cannot apply for PR until after her husband's ban is over.
