A quick update on my case. Yesterday, I got my BG completed on tracker. So all the items are completed on Tracker.

I didn't receive a GU update email, and my GCKey stayed the same since the biometric linked.

Should I expect the passport request in the next a few days? Or if there'll be another one or two months wait time?

The wait time for PPR or RFV is a little unpredictable. You can get it in a week or a month. Less likely to be waiting two months though.

Things have been a little unpredictable with getting RFV/PPR though - it could go fast or slow, all depends on what part of the application processing funnel is choked at the moment.

OK, thanks! Should I expect my COPR number when PPR is received? In my Tracker, the overall application status still says "in progress" and there's no COPR yet.

These things are very variable and and these events might not happen exactly like that. Consider these possibilities:
1. You can get a PPR letter without any updates in Tracker. Same for RFV email too. (whitelist "cic.gc.ca" over your email though).
2. You can get the same COPR number for all applicants upon "all completed" stage too, which usually gets corrected after 1-2 days.

There are different systems here that may not update info in real time or be very laggy.

About your application status "in progress" - I think yours will stay in progress till you get your COPR+stamped passport(s). My tracker's status is "Application closed" now.

I could be wrong but what I've seen so far is that you either get PPR/RFV email a day or two after all is completed on tracker or it takes months, there is no in between..

Most likely anecdotal. I've seen so many cases with no established patterns. Some people get it in two days or week or week(s) or month(s) :)

Those would be supremely lucky folks

Unfortunately I know way too many people stuck for months since all stages completed and/or COPR# showing on tracker [my bestie is stuck on this since Feb 17, 2023]

100%! This is exactly what I said before, just my take on this. The thing is, everyone who hasn't received PPR/Portal email is anxious simply because we don't really know how things go with IRCC (me included). So it's better to just manage expectations. You might get it tomorrow or in two months.....

In my understanding, after everything's completed on Tracker, an immigration officer needs to do a final review and approve the application. I have no idea why this would take so long....
