Ah! okay! People who get that email usually get a delayed AOR, that's why I was asking for the email copy.

When you paid your fees after submitting your PR application, did you get any email titled "You have a new message in your portal account." or "We sent you a message about your application"?

Sure, do call them if you can. With IRCC, it is very hard to say when they will give you your AOR, but we're seeing a month to two months after receiving that email.
