Jan 17th - email saying they couldnt read document. So I sent registered post.
Jan 19th- tracker updated to say waiting on you for additional info.
Jan 23rd- info received on their end.
March 2nd- got document back. Status updated to reviewing info.
March 3rd- Background complete
March 8th- Test invite March 13th -April 3rd.
March 13th- Took test passed 19/20.
March 23th- Test completed (updated on tracker March 25th).


Nothing since. Tracker still says waiting on you for information. But every time ive phoned to inquire im told to ignore it and everything looks good.

Mine also says waiting on you, submit additional info. I have provided the biological pages of my passport along with the passport gap explanation- they just haven't bothered to open our files and update anything.
We gave our test in Canada so I don't understand the delay!
I guess we can only hope our applications get transfered to our local offices or they simply reduce the processing time!

Me too...stuck and LPP. We should organize a strike or something. Just like IRCC did a couple months ago. We will stop submitting all applications until they sort out everything. How can we get everyone on board?

I was just gonna say maybe they go by AOR date and haven't started the Jan batch yet when I just noticed Mistymac's AOR date which was June 2022

No, they are not processing applications on FIFO (First In First Out) basis. They are processing them based on categories and various priority groups.

There should be some kind of performance check to see what makes them favor certain applications over others

I've been stuck for 15 months, until I filed a mandamus. After that language and presence got completed, that was a month ago. Prohibitions are still "in progress" in tracker, but you cannot trust tracker on this. LPP are often not started even though they are shown as in progress in tracker.

Hope you get yours completed soon. Interesting that each time I contact the call centre I get a different response, one agent told me that they are working on LPP but another said it hasn't started. One told me my file is in Calgary and another said it was Sydney. And they all repeat the same 19 month processing timeline.
