According to the letter from IRCC, the biometrics prints they have received was not clear. Hence i have to give either letter of explanation or redo the biometrics and we opt to do biometrics.

sorry for asking questions but i want to get it done again as well since it is not showing up on the portal and gc key since february, and i believe that is what holding back my application.

Happy to reply to any answer which i could.Yes, They send me a biometric letter again. Even i was waiting for an update since February. What i believe , in between, i had applied for a temporary resident visa by june 20 and that helped to open my file again. And I got the temporary resident visa in 10 days though. Since I got the passport call for permanent resident today, i will go for permanent residency instead of trv.

good news! If there’s one thing I improved through this process it was my patience. Hope your future updates come faster now. For us, after medical we got an update maybe once every month. And I consider that lucky.

I would not be concerned. You applied over a month later than my wife did. Her eligibility was shown as in progress from May 24 until today, when shown on tracker as complete. Her background check was in process for at least 2 months and was shown as completed on June 27. But now, today, her background check as changed back to in progress. You have in hand pre-arrival. You are well ahead of us there.

My husband’s eligibility showed started July 19, and still in progress. I feel like we’re behind so many people as some people in the WhatsApp group got their eligibility completed in a week or so. No pre-arrival, nothing.
