Limitations to the location from where to attend a ceremony

Could it be an issue if I attend the ceremony from the outside? Like in a park? It does say it's good to have a plain background in the attached PDF but I am just curious of any limitations

That is a good question! Can one attend it from a city library, for example? Not everyone has Internet/Wi-Fi at home, or a computer/smartphone.

I dont think it matters from where you attend inside the Canada. The location should be free of noise/disturbances. This is what I understood from email.
There should not be anyone else in the frame other than yourself. People have attended from their offices.

Do what is best for you and don't blindly agree to what others say.
