File received-July 2022 AOR August 2022. Grounds best interest of child and establishment.My lawyer received letter this morning

Hello. I am asking question on behalf of my friend. He applied for H&C and he got approval stage 1. But he is not aware about his PRRA.
Does he has to submit any PRRA evidences with his application submission for level 2 of H&C.

Congratulations! May I know where they issued it ? In Toronto? May I also know if you have work permit and when did you come to Canada if you don't mind?
Thank you . Yes I have work permit. I am failed refugee . I came here in 2018 . AIP issued office is Atobicoke Ontario
