No it won’t be returned. Upfront is mandatory for express entry PR application not for Non EE Pr however you should get it soon because they will ask it soon . Don’t worry your application won’t be returnedHi everyone, i need advice. I just realized my husband's dubai pcc was not included in my pr application. Should I be prepared that IRCC will return my application?

Yes wait for AOR or you can send it now too just with your UCI number better when you get AOR send webform. They will ask it . Upfront PCC and Upfront medical is not requirement for Non express entry PR application.

If no officer is assigned, how come biometrics were asked for?

Congrats. You have to expect portal 1 email. Check your emails and spams once a while and if you don’t receive anything till end of next week, call IRCC and ask about your portal email.
