Wildly confused about what NOC code fits

Hey everyone!

I have work experience as a technical support specialist, and I don’t know what NOC code it falls under.

I worked in a call centre environment for a company that makes smart thermostats. I answered calls about products and features sometimes, but primarily I helped people install and set up their devices, assisted owners with troubleshooting, diagnosed issues and provided solutions, helped with wifi connectivity, the phone app, and the website portal.

Basically, most everything in 22221 EXCEPT I don’t work with computers, I work with thermostats.

I looked at 22311, but as it’s a call centre position, I didn’t physically service anything.

I also looked at 62100, as it also fits well, except for the fact that it wasn’t technically sales (though I did answer questions about what product would fit their needs best), I didn’t do proposals, and I didn’t assess market trends or product design.

Basically, I’m completely stumped. Is there a department I can contact to help figure this out? Or does anyone have any idea what this would fall under?
