Hello team ,
I am a failed refugee claimant with a immigration warrant . I know this because I never left on the day I was asked to Leave four years ago and it was activated .
I had a g1 drivers license that I acquired before I lost everything . It has expired. I want to get another license as ID . My question is my biometrics were taken by cbsa the day before my departure 4 years ago. If I show up to do my g1 test , will they take my fingerprints? I’m asking this question because I don’t remember the procedure for g1 as I got my license 5years ago . I do remember though that I put my thumb on a machine , I could be confusing that with something else , please correct me if I’m wrong ! Has anyone gotten the g1 recently ? What steps did you do ?

I also need this ID to apply for a marriage license
Has anyone with an immigration warrant applied for the marriage license ? It says to apply online but has to be picked up at city hall , my question is do they look up immigration status?

Note: if anyone is going to come here and ask me to turn myself in or be rude to me or upset with me ,or call me out , I hear you but please I am going through a lot mentally , physically , emotionally, I do not have the mental capacity for anymore hits .

I look forward to hearing from everyone . Thank you

If Canada wide Warrant is issued, your name will appear on Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) system. This System is integrated with number of federal and provincial agencies including driving licensing issuing authority. While fingerprint is not required, but your name and DOB will match and will trigger notification to RCMP or Local Police.

Over 80,000 law enforcement officers, within 3,185 police departments, RCMP detachments and federal and provincial agencies such as Transport Canada, Canada Border Services, Passport Canada and other agencies use the CPIC system. (1) Each agency is responsible for the accuracy of the data that it inputs.

Through CPIC, searches of other systems can be done, such as the Canadian Firearms Registration OnLine system, the Offender Management System of the Correctional Service of Canada, (2) and provincial and territorial driving license systems.
