It means that they have finished reviewing the documents you submitted if you qualify for the spousal sponsorship category or not.

No, PA will do virtual landing, once PA is in Canada use webform to do change of address.

No. Still outland. Application just got approved and got asked for ppr while applicant is on a trv.

They didn’t guarantee 30 day processing. That is more of goal. Goal is likely unrealistic except for cases without a lot of proof that can be determined via AI. People need to view political announcement carefully/. Announcements are usually carefully worded not to make concrete promises.
