I am a canada pr.My case is bit strange.I took my pr card in 2021 and went back to India.Now planning to return to canada to fulfill the rule of 2 years compulsary stay in canada.

But many things happened between 2021 and 2023.I got married and divorced my wife and having months old kid.Now the kid is staying with my parents.

I am planning to move to canada and want to bring my kid as well as my parents to canada to look after my kid.

Is there anyway I can achieve this?

No. Your parents cannot move to Canada to look after your child. They can visit you. Once you have meet LICO for 3 years for number of people in your family, you can enter your parents names into the lottery. It may take years and never are selected. So let’s say you meet LICO this year (2023) and for the next two years then they can enter the lottery in 2026.

Assume you have full custody of the child. Is child Canadian? If not, you have to sponsor child once you are in Canada.

Agree. But first he has to move to Canada, get a job and meet LICO for 4 people. He should maintain the job for around 6 months before applying for a supervisa. OP should be looking into daycare waiting lists and budget costs.

If you landed in September 2020 you are cutting it very close . You’ve only stayed two months in Canada . And you’d have to be compliant with your RO to sponsor your child

Many would not meet LIC in 6 months to qualify you need to show that you have already earned the LICO amount in Canada. Preferred proof is NOA.

One of the biggest issue is your custody of your child. Does your spouse have partial custody, visitation, etc.? Would she agree to let her child move to Canada with you? Not may be very difficult for her to get a TRV just to visit because she has a young child living in Canada. If she wants to be with her child has she looked into whether she qualifies for express entry on her own? You need to find childcare options in Canada like daycare and see what if your budgets can account for days expendes and living expenses as a single dad. There are some daycare subsidized that are supposed to be rolled out throughout Canada but many daycares and preschools have not signed up for the program and There are sometimes limited spots for the highly subsidized spotsl. You would need to phone around to get a better of current daycare rates in the area you want to live in.
