Talking about "dispatch" to my residence address ?

Submitted my application for passport surrender; here is the timeline:

21-Jun-2023: Postal application sent
23-Jun-2023: Received at BLS
28-Jun-2023: In Process
30-Jun-2023: Passport application along with fee details have been received. The same is under processing at the Embassy/Consulate.

Awaiting next steps from here..

Yes.. We went and stood in the line by 1:45 and it was quick one once the center opened up at 3

So if we submit in person application with Toronto Scarborough, we can't opt for pickup at same place?

till 28-Jun-2023: Processing at consulate
29-Jun-2023: In Transit from Consulate General to BLS Centre (morning)
29-Jun-2023: Ready for dispatch (Afternoon)
29-Jun-2023ispatched (late evening)
30-June-2023: Received

So if we submit in person application with Toronto Scarborough, we can't opt for pickup at same place?

If you are able to get them under your skin, you could have your way % of that happening is 0.01%. In most cases they have there way of milking you specially at the Toronto location

Need some help: What's the BLS address to send surrender application? Can I visit my nearest Purolator branch, or do I need to use the BLS pickup service?

Should I include fees for return courier in the fees or pay for dropoff online?

Any advantage of bank draft over money order?

I am submitting my application by mail ,

1)Do i need to send the Canadian Passport as well or just photocopy of the passport ( self attested ) ? In Checklist it says copy and under (e) point it says copy and original; it is confusing.

2) I got my citizenship in 2022 Feb and i am surrendering my passport now ( didnt travel during the time), is that OK or do I have to pay any penalty for this ?

-only include self attested copies of the supporting documents with your application when you are submitting via post
-no penalty. You can surrender upto 3 years
