Earlier my dad used to earn around 5 lakh but a due to promotion last year he had earned 8 lakh and this year ,he got ITR of 8 lakh so should I attaching previous itrs will affect my study visa application under sds

No. Because IRCC cares about cash in the bank to fund your studies now as income can change. Income doesn’t mean that your studies will be paid as it is in the future. What is most important is cash/funds now.
