Same, I received my CBSA notes today and also found "Security: not started", and "Location: RROC FSW Admissiblity Review Required".

Curiously, all the latest remarks by case officers are along the lines of "File reviewed - Eligibility previously assessed and passed. Criminality passed. medicals complete and valid. Integrated search completed - no adverse info found. All requirements met. File pending additional background review"

That's so great that your eligibility is passed already. But why they still review admissibility which seems a part of eligibility.....IRCC is too weird

PPR awaited.

I am the primary applicant.My BG status changed to COMPLETE on 19th June 2023 in my application tracker.But for my spouse and son it is still IN PROGRESS .What is the next step ….first their BG COMPLETE and then PPR.

May I ask according to your GCMS notes, what RC your application was assigned to during the security process?
my application was assigned to "RC- C06", and I couldn't figure out what office this code stands for,
Just wondering if that is some CBSA office.

I have the same PO and SO. But I don't know what RC-C06 stands for.

Yes in the first page of my notes I see application assignment details that last Friday (June 23rd) it has been "assigned to : RC-C06', otherwise in mid may when Bio-Metric and eligibility were done the office assignment was RC-6262, when I search it supposedly is CIO. I'm not sure why it is moved to RC-C06 now.

I saw RC-CBSA-006 is IAD Winnipeg but not sure if it is the same as "RC-C06"
Is your case complicated and maybe require any further review?

That is interesting never heard of VO Winnipeg in these forums.
On complications in my case, my guess is no not really. I have worked in 3 countries Philippines where I was born and started my career, briefly in Malaysia more than a decade back, Australia until I landed in Canada 15 months back, I still travel to Australia couple of times a year and 4-5 times a year to the USA on behalf of my employer, funnily info sharing is complete though. Security is not started no idea why.

Criminality passed on 24 May 2023 and my BG verification status COMPLETED on 19 June 2023.When can I expect my PPR???

1) Yes done, but doesn’t mean that Security is done - that one you can’t see on the tracker.
2) Yes, they check first the PA (primary applicant) and only afterwards the dependant. You might be also of different nationalities which also can trigger delays.
3) Background check is mainly eligibility and then once it’s passed, they start Security. It’s authorities checking you in terrorist databases and with intelligence services - normally this check can last 1-2 months, but that doesn’t mean that once it’s done that there’s an IRCC agent available to put a pass on your profile - things can be delayed.

So Security Check usually starts from PA? Our case is my husband as dependant has got SC completed but mine is still in progress as shown in Tracker

Officially you are all “in progress” till the date of the decision is made. In reality, if he got it passed, most likely PA got it passed too.

If you can see COPR numbers on the new Suivi tracker - then you’re done with all checks. But if you feel like you are still “in progress” you can call the Call centre and ask them directly if Security was passed by you, or also apply for CSIS notes and CBSA notes - those 2 combined can help to determine at which stage are you.
